I've always looked at the fiero in comparison with the g1 mr2, and I've always preferred the mr2 because it seemed more true to its principle--barebones and really lightweight.... But once you start thinking of v8 power and tractable torque, you think of it less as a roadster, and more of a highway monster... bigger, heavier, but extremely powerful. I think I'll probably end up tackling that project at some point before I croak... z06 power (or whatever the future holds for smallblocks) in a '80s mini-rustbucket :drool:
