Well, I figure you should replace timing belts at every 80K... if you can do it yourself or have friends that are mechanically inclined, it wouldn't hurt to change it. The only way to know if you need to change it or not is to just visually inspect it, but even if you do, you might not be able to see the underside of the belt.
