How would u find out if the timing belt has been replaced? My car as 130,000 miles on it right now.

I tried checking the history of previous owner with the dealer, but when i called the Number was out of service.

Do you think i can find the info about the previous owners trough a carfax? Does anyone have an account on carfax that can help me check ? Thanx a lot
