whats the best way for me to get in shape really fast? imma try n ween my self off caffine(sp?) and start running a little over a mile plus sprints every night now....

anything else i should try/do?

play basketball for about an hour everyday..it's great aerobics and sprinting at the same time..then do a light workout afterwards with some weights. if weights are available, do some situps, and various pushup positions. :thumbup: good luck!!!
