Need to get in shape ( help needed )
OK well i got lacrosse practice on Sept. 15
i will be compeating against 30 other recruits like my self, plus i don't know how many retunrers, plus walk-ons...
this isn't a Divison 1, 2 or 3...its NJCAA which is junior college...but where the best team in the country... have been last couple years, except last year...
i haven't really ran/worked out since MAy...but i have played in some lax games with my brother...
whats the best way for me to get in shape really fast? imma try n ween my self off caffine(sp?) and start running a little over a mile plus sprints every night now....
anything else i should try/do?
