those are two places that do some serious work. top one has any honda motor fully decked out and waiting to be dropped. depends on how much you want to spend. you will definately get your money's worth. now on the second one its mainly just head work. make sure yo have a pretty fresh motor or at least a semi built one though, i learned the hard way that bumpin up your compression will lead to bad thing ::cough::spun rod bearing::cough::

oh if you want to see what you get view my post "this is my rex". las pic is of the gude head package. port n polished head, 5 angle valve job, cams (in the white boxes), throttle body, and manifold, all of which are match ported. an instant 50 hp bolt on or so they say. i havent got to reap the benifits cause like i said i spun my bearing so umm yeah my car is being rebuilt right now. but at the same time its a good thing for i shall dessimate all once its all said and done and broke in.

oh and btw if you're talking bout a shop doing it all for you the b series turbo setups, more than 10 G's. First gotta buy motor, then gotta build motor, then buy turbo. better have more like 15 and even then you might even be scrapin by. i was looking at like around 7 or 8 to have a built motor and turbo setup. that was to push around 10 psi. its like 8 or 9 to push more. but then again thats a shop and if you can do it yourself then your looking at around 10g's for everything.
