Eh, some kinds of H&K do have marked positions for 3 round burst, but that is a grey area in the law. It should technically be illegal, but it really isn't because that's just the way it is marked. :dunno:

There actually are a couple companies that make Cali legal AR lower receivers. They do not take detachable magazines, and they only hold 10 rounds, so they are exempt from all recent legislature concerning the AR-15. Great news if you build your own.
