Default Painted my car today...

My Dad and I painted my car today. It's a 95 with around 145,000 miles. Both rear quarter panels were rusted out. One was almost entirely replaced, the other was patched. I also fixed numerious dents and dings as well as shaving the antenna, side door molding, emblems, and rear door handle. Everything was welded (gotta do it right) but the body work was a bitch because I had some warping from the welding. I did everything but the welding myself because I don't have a MIG welder (yet). The paint is Omni which is made by PPG and I added some ice pearl from House of Kolor. The color is same as stock. Anyone know the name of it? It's dark grey with some pearl which gives it a dark navy blue look. I painted the side skirts and some other moldings to match. I also used a gallon of clear on it. Dust owns me though. I have a lot of buffing to do but after that I'll have a nice glass finish. I'll post more pics when the car is back together. BTW, I'm lowering it Wednesday so don't get yer panties in a bunch... :naughty:

Also, I posted some pics of my progress in the DIY Forum... see'em here.
