Default Brembo blank rotors

Well i just did a rear brake disc conversion about two weeks ago, everything went fine except some things, the right parking cable was about an inch short but i managed to connect it to the brake lever. I got new brembo blanks and new OEM nissin pads for it too. but now when i brake it makes a clicking noise coming from the rear brakes. So i took it to a brake shop and they said it was warped rotors. warped rotors? but they were brand new i said. but he said that they should've been turned when i bought them. so i just went home after the took my car of the lift. I even checked the brakes myself but everything seems fine so im guessing this is the problem since i cant think of any other reasons for the clicking. Do new brembo blanks need to be resurfaced when you get them new??? what do you guys think i should do?
