Yes I realize there are limitations in the licensing and because of these limitations that seem to be in place it does indeed detract from the overall gaming experience.

People want realism from a game...not so realistic it is not fun but some realism is good. Damage doesn't have to be visual as well it can be as simple as hitting a wall and the car pulls to the side that hit or rubbed.

Not that difficult really.
