i'm selling my '98 civic ex (supercharged) and i've been driving it to work (didnt normally) so people can see its for sale, which they cant if she spends most of her days in the garage like normal.

anyways, after putting in the act stage 2, i grinded second a few times due to the change in where the clutch grabbed and released. well today it started popping out of second, when decelerating and pressure was put on the tranny fairly quickly due to quick let off of the accelerator. if i slowly let off the gas and decelerated, its stays in for the most part.

is this a synchros issue, need a new gear? i can kinda feel a difference putting it into second compared to other gears, its falls in easier with less resistance, i'm guessing the resistance i feel in all other gears is also what holds it in gear when weight is put on the tranny.

its only like $250 to replace the whole tranny isnt it? (d16y8 motor). i'm just worried about being able to sell the car. i have a wrx to mod now! dang!!!
