Hey i have a 4th gen accord, and I am new to the idea of modding your exhaust. What would happen if you just get a high flow catalytic converter with your stock exhaust? Would you get the horsepower gain or would you have to go with a catback or an axelback exhaust to get the gains?

Also, what affect does the high flow converter have on sound by itself?
