make sure your getting your lugs torqued to spec (80 lbs?). I think that will definitly cause problems.

Also, if you caliper isn't retracting your pad entirely, and the pad is dragging, that might cause the problem.

Just tossing out ideas...

In my experience though, no one breaks out the torque wrench to torque lugs to spec, and that causes problems.
