I'd say the average cost I've seen at a private mechanic is $350 to $450. Avg. dealer price is about $500 to $650. Why? The last dealer I talked to said "Because we use only premium Honda-brand parts." ...which, apparently, contain crushed diamonds or something, to add in that extra expense....
