Look up my old posts on turbo setups and turbo kits. There's a wealth of information there. The bottom line of what i got out of it is this:

If you KNOW your shit about turbo setups, then just build your own setup ground up.

If you want the most power for your setup, get a custom built kit by a performance shop tuned to perfection.

If you want a basic turbo starter kit setup that will still put down 300whp, then go with a turbo kit, such as the Rev Hard kit, sa it does cater to hybrid swaps and motors. They have a setup for a B18B and B18C in a civic, so you should be straight with Rev Hard. That's what i'd reccomend.
