Got it. There was a problem with the first generation main relay. During hot weather, the coil in the relay that enables the fuel pump looses it. It can not pull the contact closed. This is probably due to the insulation on the relay coil itself melting or getting soft and loosing it's insulation properties. The Honda dealership is the only local place I found one, but they are available from parts stores on the web. $65 and $54 respectively. Problem Solved!:thumbup:
That's because the "MR" generates it's own heat when it operates and when it's like 120 degrees inside your car on a hot day...it works like crap...my relay worked all winter...but as soon as it started to get warm...fritz. Replaced, hasn't glitched since...his problem doesn't sound similar to mine though...mine was on startup...not once the car was running.
