Now you see what I have to deal with every day?? Wheres my base ball bat?? LOL..My stories could go on and on,, but im not gonna.. NEXT.. AD..Once again.. I want you to loosen your trans cable ( Throttle) yeah its gonna take a wrench,, 2 in fact 12 mm in size, down at the end farther away from the throttle body.. I want you to take the top nut on that cable and run it up the cable at least a 1/4 inch.. start car,, open hood,, work the throttle with your hand while looking at the transmission cable you just loosened,, make sure the little lever the cable is attached to moves at EXACTLY at the same time the motor revs up.. If your cable is slack,, it will require running the top nut down until the trans lever moves at the same time as your engine reves up.. It can be tricky to get to the right point,, when you get to that point,, tighten the bottom 12 mm nut, then see how your trans shifts..tightening that cable hardens the shift,,,loosening the cable, softenes the shift.. You are right,, it can be confuseing,, I hope this helps,, let me know how it works out..If you still cant understand what Im trying to tell you ,,, put
the wrenches down and back away slowly and buy a new car, Dont have children !!
