Default Need Assistance

Ok, here is the story.
As most of you have seen, I put on 16" rims and tires 205/45.
When the shop installed it, I called them b/c the steering wheel was vibrating whenever I went over 60mph. It turned out that they accidently stripped one of the studs. So they I ran with 3 out of 4 lugs for 2 weeks while they ordered a new stud. While running on 3 lugs, the vibration went away and the ride was great. So we were thinking that the 4th bad lug didn't set the wheel right. 2 weeks later, the stud is replaced and I have all 4 lugs again, (pass front btw). Guess what, the vibration is back sporadically. Kind of annoying! I was thinking if I took off the rim and hand set and criss cross pattern tightening may help. If it doesn't ...... any suggestions?????

any help or ideas are appreciated.
