for the A+ it is not from Cisco per say but Comptia. Cisco offers CCNA and CC some or other. A+ is a great starting point. I would recommend you get A+ and then look at MCSE, and then maybe look at CCNA or Network+ Server+ certs.

It depends also on how you study or prepare. a boot camp might be good but if you want some hands on experiience take the classes.
