Oh and in the interviewing process, they WILL ask you technical questions that require actual experience to answer them. A lot of companies in Cali.. the MCSE cert doesn't mean shat anymore, it's all about Univ. Degrees.

one thing to read a Technical Manual and sorta know it, another to actually work on the engine and be able to troubleshoot and fix it
