LOL Ok who really cares,,Your cold shifting problem,,Transmissions along with engines can be a bit funny sometimes,, Fluids change consistancy and clearances change with heat due to burning fossil fuels.. You might have a shift soleniod thats hanging up when cold, you might have a valve body that has a burr that prevents a certain shift valve to work as it should. All I can suggest is that you bring your car to a qualified Honda dealership and Hope someone there knows something about transmissions.. Pay the money, get your car fixed, life a full life and pray you dont have any children,, They just arnt worth it anymore,, NEXT!! Bonestock..
