You'll need a new belt (duh), new water pump, and a new tensioner.
All three together should run a little more than $200.
Then, go buy the Moroso crank pulley tool. It is, honestly, the best $60 I have ever spent on my car. With the tool, pulling crank bolts out can be easily accomplished with a 1/2 NAPA bar and a normal socket. Heck, I even used the 12 pt socket from my Craftsman set.
Word of warning: Be super super gentle with the water pump bolts. They only need 8.7lb/ft of force. That's just a hair above finger tight. You could probably torque them to spec with just your pinky finger on the wrench.
