There are some other things that you should also replace while doing the timing belt like the water pump and any other things that can't be reach easily. I have a pdf version of the helms manual and could send you a copy of the timing belt section when I get home and find it. It's not to hard just a lot of steps and precautions when doing this but it's all in the manual. I will send that to you tonight. The timing belt is done as part of the 90k mile maintanence.
