My friend recently noticed the D4 on his Civic (which never worked since he bought his used car) suddenly works now...
No idea what's up with that light..
It could be like noted above a loose connection. The bulb is connected to a 1.5 inch long plastic piece that has metal connections at the end. This piece gets twisted 1/4 turn into the rear of the insturment cluster. Maybe it was twisted off connection?
