Got another question for you Lager

i have an accord with an f22b2 in it. its an auto
sometimes when my tranny shifts, and this especially happens into 2nd and 4th (if im in 4th in a low speed, like 30mph) it really feels like its shifting rough and almost clanks into gear. sometimes it will almost pull back and then jerk forward into the next gear. i want to do a flush soon but i'm not sure where in my area i can do that. my engine has 116000 miles on it, and who knows how often the tranny fluid has been flushed/replaced.
would a flush help with my problem? whats your diagnosis?

and another thing, my friend was saying that there is a transmission fluid filter in the transmission casing? i have no idea. it kind of makes sense but i'm not sure
