The horizontal side moldings underneath each window weren't too bad once I got the hang of it. If you pry up on the molding you can see two tabs on each plastic clip. If you work a tiny screwdriver underneath the tabs, the plastic clip will pop out of the molding. Of course I put a tiny dent in one of the moldings before I got this down to a science...

The horizontal molding that ran across the top of the door came off a lot easier but I broke a few plastic clips.

Anyone know of a place where I can buy some plastic clips for cheap?
