MOST swaps come with the correct shift linkage and ECU. The motor mounts made need a bracket or two from different models. Also, you will need a throtle cable. I swaped a JDM B16A into my 92 HB and used Hasport mounts with 91 GSR rear mount bracket, 91 GSR Throttle cable. The wiring is not as difficult as everyone makes it out to be. You can use the harness that your car has now, you just have to add 4 wires. Using the plugs from your B16 add two wires for VTEC oil pressure (green 2-pin plug), one wire for the VTEC switch (next to the green pressure switch) and one wire for the knock sensor (under the intake manifold, above the oil filter). The VTEC oil pressure wire color blue goes to the ECU pin D6 and the black one goes to gound (I routed it through the harness and gounded with the harness on the Tstat housing). The VTEC switch (yellow/Green wire) goes to ECU pin A4. The knock sensor goes to pin D3.
