Install isn't difficult...mine took about 35 minutes to install. Oh, I have a Skunk2 by the way and I love it (esp. with polyurethane shifter bushings! WOWOWOW!). I get compliments from my MR2 friend, other Integra owners (who don't have a short shifter) - they all say it feels great.
