it sounds like you're also owed some dough because of that pain. step one is to see a doctor right away to get it documented, also take pictures of any bruising etc. with you're digicam. months down the line, nothing will speak louder during the settlement phase than photograpihc evidence.
and get a good lawyer. if possible, get one that you're friends or family had a good personal experience with. either way definately get recommendations and learn exactly how he is going to get paid (i.e. fee, commission, etc.).

Thanks a lot man. Yeah I went to the emergency room the same day and I have to call around to find a good doctor today. Same thing for the lawyer, I need one that can draw tears from a rock.
