Well thanks alot guys. I'll have to break the news to him. So reasonably 250HP is something he can reach with pistons, rods, upgraded fuel system, and computer...along with the turbo parts, right?

It'd would be best to use a H22A, but its too heavy and would cause handling problems (from what I've read). Too bad, I thought the B18 would hold 300whp. I don't think he'd want to be replacing his block every year though because it gives out. Well, thanks anyways guys. If you have any more suggestions let me know.
