hmmm...first of all, a custom turbo setup would be needed, along with a larger turbo, so kiss fast spooling goodbye. it is possible to hit over 300hp on a stock block. the highest i've seen on a stock block is 350whp @ 15 lbs. however, stock block does not mean stock head. also, this guy still spend TONS of money on this setup. he had a t3/t4 turbo, intake mani, test pipe w/ 3" exaust, turbo cams, 12k rpm springs, retainers, etc, port+polish, honddata2, and im sure a bunch of other crap i cant think of. btw, this was a b16 on a 99-00 si...i wouldn't believe it either, but he was dyno'd in front of me. i was impressed. and also...he kept extra blocks in his garage in case he blew one (which wasn't too uncommon, i understand).
