Tell anyone that has this problem to contact National Highway Traffic Safety Administration auto safety hot line (888)327-4236 tell them you want to file a concerin about the transmission and you want it investigated. They will get your address, name ect... and send you some forms to fill out and send back into them so that an investigation can be started. They will also give you a confrimation # keep it for future updates on there web site www.nhtsa.gov. Maybe if all the honda owners banned togeather we can make honda have a recall on the transmissions.I also contacted american honda corporation 1-800-999-1009 and told them of the problem.I called my honda dealership and they said if they could replacate the problem they would fix it but only if they could get it to do the same with them driving it.Everyone has different driving styles so I might be able to cause it but the dealer may not? They said 2 other civic owners came by and the cars drove fine.So if we get an investigation going then they will have to do a recall. Tell everyone to do this Please!!!!!!!

Here's a link to my personal website where you can download the PDF of the TSB:

A08-020.pdf

Pacific Honda in San Diego, couldn't duplicate the issue (no surprise there), but they are going to go ahead with the TSB fix anyways (big surprise there)!

Woohoo!

good to see someone else already posted it up. I was going to let everyone know about the TSB. I'll be taking advantage of this as soon as I can. h:
