Default Problem with clutch / tranny ?

I recently took my car to an autox and spun out quite hard. Since then the clutch wont downshift into 1st gear till im nearly stopped. It used to go right in once i went below 20 mph. It's also noticeably harder to get into gear for 1,2, and reverse.
The synchros grind if I wiggle the stick in 2-5 gears if the car is moving while the clutch is in. I checked the master and slave cylinders for leaks and they seem ok. Can you guys tell if this a clutch or tranny problem? I'm thinking I should start with changing the tranny fluid and bleeding the clutch.

update: I bled the clutch but it didnt help. I just figured out that since every gear 2,3,4,5 are grinding on synchros, it explains why 1st gear (since it doesnt have a synchro) that it is very hard to get into gear. What I need to know now is what can cause every gear to grind on the synchros. Clutch, throwout bearing? I'm going to change the tranny fluid next, maybe it will help.

I changed the transmission fluid but the symptoms are still the same... still grinds in 2,3,4,5 and hard to get into 1st gear downshifting. How is it possible that I managed to get every synchro to grind in one day? Wouldnt that indicate a clutch problem since synchros wear down seperately over time?

I don't see how a spin could cause that

Is there anything wrong with your linkage?

I dont think anything is wrong with the linkage... it shifts in all gears smoothly when I'm stopped. I did some slow traffic driving today and i noticed the car shudders every once in a while when the clutch is all the way down and i'm in 1st gear. It also engages sometimes from a stop almost like a mild bucking/shuddering but im giving it plenty of gas so its not because its about to stall out. I'm leaning more towards it being a clutch problem now.
Also, just wondering what kind of symptops are caused by a bad slave cylinder ?

i had a similar problem with my teg, only it was gears 2, 3, and R. I am currently getting a new clutch and flywheel put in, the 3rd gear synchro looked fine to me, but a problem was the main rear shaft bearing (?). it had so much god damn play in it... i bet you have a similar problem.

If i were you id change the clutch. That would explain why it will shift smoothly when the car is off. When mine went out, all of the gears would grind and reverse was especially dificult to get into. BTW, i would recomend getting the clutch soon before u end up damaging ur tranny. GOod luck.

Yeah, that would explain grinding because it's never fully disengaging. That's why it bucks and barks when you're parked because it can't decide weather or not to stall.

I could be completely wrong, of course. It seems logical to me though.

Update on your situation?
Did changing the clutch fix your problem?
