oaky i was just thinking that maybe if u had a fully built motor and u turboed it, but what if you could have a turbo and a supercharger bolted on also or would that not be able to work. there would be a shit load of power going to the ground

It would work and I have seen it done.
Not only would it be a bitch to tune, but the intercooler would be pointless because the air would just be heated up again when it is compressed by the supercharger. Unless it is for show, there is no reason for any such setup.

Relevance is irrelevant
I don't think there is any practical use for both but it seems to me like a small SC could feed the turbine whenever the exhaust isn't doing it for a good result. Obviously if it were some wild end all to boosted applications someone would have thought of it by now since both were put into mass production more than 50 years ago

"Technically" they are doing the same thing when you generalize air being forced into the motor to make more power. I want to hear more about that superturbocharged car though. How did that run?
The superturbocharged car was nuts. I think it was a Miata that I saw and it could not get traction in any gear. It definitely didn't look streetable, but the setup looked pretty awesome.
