97 Civic Headlights - HELP ME

I am trying to change my 97 civic EX's driver side headlight. The manual says you should pull out the cylinder for the power steering fluid. Yet I can not move it much because the tubes it has attached won't let it move. I cannot get my hand between the headlight and power steering fluid cylinder to get the bulb out. Do I need to unhook the power steering fluid cylinder and remove it all the way to get the bulb out? Anyone know?

Thanks

headlight

If it is similar to my 2001 civic ex, the ps fluid reservoir slides straight back off the pump body, I didn't have to undo any lines. with the reservoir out of the way and you can get to the back of the bulb easily.
