2000 Accord H22a Fully Built Motor [FL]

I'm deciding to sell my car due to a new baby on the way. Unfortunately the project has to go. This is a 2000 Accord Manual coupe that has a JDM H22a engine thats has a built bottom end (16k miles on it, 85,832 on chassis) and headwork all ready for turbo with a p28 tuned by speed innovations on the dyno. Has always had the oil changed with Castrol syntec. Transmission has redline synthetic as well. Heres the specs:
