I have a 96 hatchback that haz ZERO mods. I just picked it up from a girl who has owned it for just over a year. She has been driving it reliabley and done oil changes and maintenenace but the history is unknown.

It was wrecked. mainly the front left.

I am in Fairfax Va.

At this point I found out that the title is crappy. i can't register it in VA without the fancy inspection by the state troopers.

Also, the title has my cousin's info written in on it. I do not know what to do.

BAsically, if you know what to do, I will give the car up at around 1500. The sooner the better. Oh yeah, VA Safety and Emmisions have been completed in VA.

Washington DC Title is in Hand. It has "Salvage" printed in it.
Seller signed off on it and provided a hand written bill of sale. The SELLER section is filled in and they BUYER section is waiting for you to filll it in on both.
