you do know that taking off the engine code is a federal felony?

or atleast i know messing with it is, so id assume taking it completely off is aswell..

Thanks for the compliment, and what I have done is not against the law. The vin number (plate) is still intact, the only thing missing is the block code. The vin number tells a hell of a lot more info than the block code.

I am 10 years older than you and have worked with the police to recover/catch people stealing cars, and engines, I know what is and is not legal in the state I live in.

Again thanks for the comment, I am just clearing up info so that you don't scare off potentioal buyers making them think the car/engine is stolen, or would give anyone any trouble making the cops think it is.
