The center console you speak of is NOT a JDM piece, it is simply an optional center console that WAS offered in the US. If the lighter was switched with the ashtray, then yes i guess it would be "JDM" , but other than that there is no difference.
The lip looks like a regular, OPTIONAL lip that was offered in the US with that generation. More commonly it came on the Ex and Si.
If it comes from japan it is JDM?
