93 Prelude Frankenstein powered!!! Near 300HP!!! West Ky, will part out!, salvage!
Ok guys My brother has a Very quick 93 Honda prelude. The car has 136,xxx miles on it but the motor has around 20,000. The motor is what most people call a Frankenstein motor, It is where you take a H23 non-Vtech block and put a H22 Vtech head on it. This a very complex, but powerful build. This is a seriously fast car that is not to be taken lightly. It has nearly 300hp and that is not a joke. All motor work done at Premium Automotive by Randy Beal (270-441-7006). Only Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil ran through motor. This car has been maintained meticously and has been well taked care of. The car still gets Appox. 20+ miles to gallon.
But this is the bad part, while coming home from work one day he was ran off the road into a steep ditch by a truck. The damage from this, both front fenders, hood, right head light, front bumper, rear bumper, one side skirt, and the camber & toe was knocked out of alignment, a front end alignment would solve this. We are willing to take the motor out of the car and sale it alone. Now for the mods!:
External Engine Mods: AEM Cold Air Intake, Helix Throttle Body Spacer, BBK 70mm Throttle Body, 7/8’’ Steel Braided External Oil Line, JDM 4-2-1 Heat-wrapped Header, Brand New Custom 2 ¼” Straight Exhaust w/Dynomax Racing Muffler
Internal Engine Mods: Forged & Laser Cut Balanced Crank, Balanced & Blueprinted Block, Type S H22 Camshafts, and Shaved head
Engine Management Mods: B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator, Accel 395cc Injectors, Chipped P13 ECU, Alternator Kill switch (In car), NGK Plugs & Wires, High Volume Oil Pump
Drivetrain Mods: DC Sports Short Shifter, ACT Stage 2 Clutch & Pressure Plate, Fizdanza 8.5lb Lightened Flywheel, Rebuilt Tranny w/Heavy Duty Synchros
I am the owner of this cars little brother and I have to say this car is an absolute BLAST to ride in, VERY torquey, has a tendancy to pull to the right when you get on it due to pure torque. I am more of a Chevy/ muscle car person, yet I still loved to ride in this car and hate to see it go.
The only reason we didnt let the insurance take it is due to the amount of time, and money invested into the drivetrain. There is atleast 5,500 in the motor and tranny ALONE!! I have only pics of it before the wreck but will take some of its current state tommrow. If you have any questions about the fine details of the motor PLEASE call Randy Beal at Premium Automotive (270-441-7006), or PM me for my home, and my brothers cell phone number. We are looking to get at least 4,500 OBO out of the motor, will take offers on trades, nothing rediculous tho.

hopefully these will work, also if you want pics of ANY thing else just ask. This car also has Ground Control coil overs with eibach springs. Will try to have underbody pics of the car tommrow!
