Default Any TSX Interior Mods?

My wife and I are on the doorstep of buying a TSX, over an Accord Coupe (V6, 6-spd). However, we will only buy the red or white car, which comes with the fake wood interior trim. We really don't like the fake wood (or the chrome pieces for that matter) and hope to find a way to replace the pieces with something we like.

I've tried to find an aftermarket replacement, but can't seem to find one. Can anyone help? If we can't find a tolerable replacement, we'll go with plan-B and buy the Accord. We'd rather have the TSX because it's more fun to drive and handles better (among other things).

Please help.

I own a custom ordered TSX 6 speed, but I don't have interior mods. However, I like the metal-look trim kit they have for the TSX, but it was kind of expensive so I didn't get it for my TSX. The fake wood thing is ugly, don't buy that.

Here is a picture of my TSX's interior center, I recommend either keeping it the way it is or get the metal-look trim kit.

Where can I get (or see) the metal-look trim kit you spoke of. All I've found are sites that sell the factory wood or chrome pieces, and we don't care for either of them.

04 Acura TSX,
If you don't mind my asking, what did you pay for your TSX.

the dealer should have some TSXs with that metal trim installed or they can describe to you what it is.

I paid $27,500 for my 6 speed TSX. I have the spoiler, trunk mat, and mudguards added onto my car. However, I did a lot of negotiating since originally the price was about $29,000 with all the accesories added in and I wanted a Carbon Grey TSX 6 speed, but I would've had to wait 4-6 months for that color. They had the Artic Blue in stock at the time and I just decided to get that if I could get it for a lower price. I heard many people negotiated their prices down on their TSXs to as low as $27k even $26k.

Your local Acura dealer should be able to sell you the metal trim pieces and 'switch' them for you, but it would cost at least $500 to $600.

There're only two options, navigation and transmission
