My navi has been freezing up. I would say about 5 out of a 100 times I insert the key and start the engine, the navi touch screen, buttons, and voice command does not accept inputs. The screen just turns blank. you need to turn the key off to get the thing working again.

Took it to the dealer, only they couldn't replicate the problem. anyone else hav ethis problem?

 

all cars turn off all electronic devices when you go to turn on the ignition, including the NAV system most likely. If you are to turn your key to say accessory and then wait a second before turning it to start and then to run you might find that the NAV system will freeze because of the odd turn on/ off restart process it had encountered, i say shut your engine and accesories off before turning the key to start, maybe that will help?
