Default Are shaved doors allowed in SCCA?

Just wondering if shaved door handles were allowed in Auto-X per SCCA rules.

Thanks

NO-the door handles must be functional.
The GCR and FastTrak will tell you what is allowed in each class of competition.
As an add-on--you can remove the rub strips on the side of a car and weld the retaining bolt holes shut-but you cannot fill in the panel to smooth it.

Well it actually depends on what class you are in. I'm very sure in all classes except D or E Mod it's illegal. It wouldn't be a good idea anyway incase of a roll over. It would be next to impossible to extract you out without door handles. In Mod you can do basically anything to your car to your heart's desire, but think about safety first.
