It's confirmed 06 Civic Si in GS.
Page 14:
http://www.scca.com/_FileLibra...k.pdf Hopefully it will give the Mini Cooper S a run for it's money. But I highly douby it. The new Si is 200-300lbs heavier than the S, longer wheelbase (good or bad), but it can fit fatter tires. |
I think for the kind of courses that you see in autocross, that weight dist and overall weight will be much more decisive factors than power, so I would also say the Mini will probably still have the edge.
|
so the mini cooper S is the best in the Autocross?

Sez the guy who's going after Minis in HS next year! :screwy: On a local level, CivicSiRacer is right - it's all driver. Just get out there with whatever you've got and work on improving your driving first. |
I wonder if the NEW civic Si can beat the RSX Type S?

My best was when I showed up to a Corvette club autocross and was fastest car by over 10 seconds :) |
any word on what the lease is going to be on this car? considering it if the car is competitive.
