Lsd
When I buy the B16A for my car I'm going for the LSD option.
It is a one way only right?
How exactly will it help performance.
I know it helps launching and cornering because it distributes the power between the front wheels so that each one doesnt have to handle all of the power and be more likely to overload.
How exactly does it work? thanks

Works much better than those poor guys in the Nissans w/the fluid drive LSD.
If I had a choice I would go with Quaife.

Quaife is also a Torsen axle, and is very nice.
However, they are aftermarket, custom made units that are quite a bit more expensive than OEM Honda Torsen axles.
Usually, the OEM Honda unit is so cheaply purchased that the purchase of a Quaife would seem extravagant in comparison.

ive had a gear type factory type r lsd in my car and now have a kaaz clutch pack lsd. there is no comparrison between the two. the kaaz wins hands down for a race/track/autox car.
if its strictly a street car with occasional autox use the quaife/oem lsd will be ok.
