Novice Drivers: If you've wanted to get yourselves onto a road course but weren't quite sure how to go about it, NASA Virginia is a perfect way to start.
Group 1/Novice is handled very carefully by expert instructors, certified in the NASA programme, and classroom instruction is provided by people like Dan Unkefer and Ron Spencer. We're lucky to have guys like these who are experienced on the track as competition drivers and certified in instruction and personnel.

Honda Challenge leaders going into Turn One, trying in vain to avoid traffic through the turn. The hotly contested H2 championship was between that red Prelude #20 (Corey Jacobs) and the yellow ITR hidden on the left (Jason Franza). That contest went down to the last race of the last event of the season.

Grandpa in Group 2, couple of years ago, in Oak Tree Turn at Virginia Intl Raceway. (My head doesn't lean like that anymore.)

In Group 3, last year, about to bounce over gaters at Summit Point.
