GIF editor for resizing... what program can i use?

Ok you need to use image ready then to resize it so open it up and import the gif to Image Ready

open the file with imageready. image size- resize. itll resize all the frames.

if you are in photophop already...hit this button...

will got it...
just go to resize image and choose ur size..

you can set it to certain size < kb wise> when u go to show optimize...hit on the arrow key and go to optimize to file size
