Default electronics library for autocad

electronics library for autocad, is this a product or part that is like a pay for ad-on or is it freely avaliable... I'm not too familar with autocad and someone asked me to see if I can get that part.

Anyone know?

a-cad does have some free libraries that come with it, maybe the electronics library is in there :dunno:. i'll check it at school tomorrow if nobody answers by then.

None. It's for a friend... I'll have to ask him.

I dunno if his libraries got messed up and has to reinstall and doesn't want to or if he's lookin for juarez. :dunno:

hmm, i dont see any here on acad 2000. but he may have acad2002 so i :dunno: maybe 02 has it

anyways, all he has to do is go into the prog file folder and look for a "templates" folder or "block" folder of some type of folder with that name and look for electronic insert block files.

if it doesnt have any, it wouldnt be hard at all to make his own library. most symbols on electronic schematics are just redundant lines/shapes with maybe some type of alphanumeric notation.

How much did you pay for AutoCad'00? Or are you at school? My major is architecture. :thumbup:

i got a "hot" copy on my laptop at my bro's house, and got 00 and 02 at school. im a mech eng major, and used to be an architecture major:thumbup:
