can someone assist me with some math homework?
easy stuff
i just want to know how to do this
first:
X=Log5 36
and
2(log a 3 + Log a X) - 1/2(log a 4 + log a 9)
and
82600 x 0.035 - 85.2
this one has to be solved using logs
if someone or anyone could explain any of these, i'll love you. this is university level math btw, its just a review and im drawing a blank

Are you sure they want to the base 5? If so do log5 6^2 = 2log5 6. I don't know whether they want an answer or the simplest form.
and
2(log a 3 + Log a X) - 1/2(log a 4 + log a 9)
2(loga 3x) - 1/2(loga 36) = loga (9x^2/6)
and
82600 x 0.035 - 85.2
find a common base and solve
