after reading his profile i'm pretty surprised you sent him money. he is 19 years old and has been on this site since Sept 2, 2003 and with a username like his, i would certainly be skeptical of anything he was selling.

I know the feeling bro, I sent a money order for some stuff to someone on the 24th, he lives in Montana. He said he rcvd my payment and sent out my stuff on the 29th via USPS but I still haven't seen it yet. He said he was told it would take 5-7 business days for the delivery to be made, but that's kinda odd considering that I had someone send me a package the same day from Idaho and I got it in two days:dunno: All I can do is wait it out I guess, it's not been 7 business days yet. If it doesn't get here I'll explore other options.

Nothing like reminding someone that mail fraud is a federal offense that the USPS doesn't take lightly to. Make sure you keep a record of all emails and your money order receipt. Here's a good place for some more info: http://www.basestealer.com/ and the form to file a complaint to the USPS https://www.usps.com/postalinspector...dComplaint.htm

Woah... I was going to deal with him, but I had very bad feelings about him, guess I was right. I asked other people that sent him requests and such, but they never heard back from him after a few emails...

I emailed him a few times asking about wheels, he gave me a few different answers when I asked him where he was located...

I asked him to send me pictures of the wheels, he kept insisting he couldn't get pictures, but the ones he did show me looked Pshop'ed...

Then I went on to ask him if I can Escrow him the deal, he stopped responding...

Thanks so much guys for helping me out. What are the chances that if I file a complaint on the mail fraud bureau, that I will get my money back?

If you have the receipt for the money order (given that it is a postal money order) file a form at the post office saying it's stolen.

If you can find some other people he swindled and get them to file a complaint also, your chances will be increased. You can also contact the police in the his town and talk to a dectective about filing charges. You might have to go to court, but usually just the cops showing up is enough to scare the hell out of folks. Good luck.
